A little Basque tradition, baked our way.

Inspired by intxaursalsa, a traditional Basque walnut dessert, our latest cheesecake brings together notes of roasted walnut, honey and cinnamon with the creamy centre and deeply caramelised top of our signature Basque burnt cheesecake.

With the walnut harvest just behind us, it’s a taste of the season and a nod to the Basque tradition of turning walnuts into something special. Toasty, gently spiced and made for autumn afternoons.

Our Basque Burnt Cheesecake

Our San Sebastián–style cheesecake is crustless, deeply caramelised and exceptionally creamy inside. We bake by hand in small batches using a minimal ingredient list, focusing on texture, balance and consistency.

Our cheesecakes are available via our webshop for delivery across Amsterdam, for pick-up at three central locations, and at selected Amsterdam food markets.

We also work with specialty coffee stores, restaurants, all-day brunch venues, caterers and private chefs in and around Amsterdam.
