Our Cakes

Our San Sebastián–style cheesecake is crustless, deeply caramelised and exceptionally creamy inside. We bake in small batches using a minimal ingredient list, focusing on texture, balance and consistency.

Our cheesecakes are available via our webshop for delivery across Amsterdam, for pick-up at two central locations, and at selected Amsterdam food markets.

We also work with specialty coffee stores, restaurants, all-day brunch venues, caterers and private chefs in and around Amsterdam.
