Our Basque burnt cheesecakes

Inspired by the iconic cheesecake developed at La Viña in San Sebastián, our Basque burnt cheesecake is made with high-quality locally sourced free-range eggs, cream cheese and heavy cream, with no additives and organic ingredients wherever possible.

No cookie base and baked at high temperature for a deeply caramelised exterior and a rich, creamy interior with subtle notes of vanilla and espresso.

Naturally without gluten ingredients

Available in a range of sizes, from individual treats to small cakes for 2–6 servings and mid-size to larger cakes for gatherings, dinner parties and office celebrations.
